This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, employee loyalty, and work discipline on employee performance at the Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kab. Ponorogo. The population used in this study was all employees at the Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kab. Ponorogo. The sample size used in this study, based on predetermined criteria, was 33 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used was SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) version 25. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, employee loyalty, and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of employees at the Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kab. Ponorogo.
